The BSUWC Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students

The BSU Women's Club awards at least three scholarships each year to non-traditional students at Ball State University. Non-traditional students have begun their college degree at least five years after high school graduation. For scholarship requirements, visit the student application page.

Our membership raises money throughout the year for this scholarship fund. In addition to limited fundraising at our all-member meetings, we also organize larger fundraising events and invite the surrounding community to participate.

Our Spaghetti & Trivia night was a big success in November 2019! Thank you to those who participated, and we hope to see you at a future fundraising event.

Financial Gifts Urgently Needed

As you know, our organization awards three $1,500 scholarships each year (the equivalent of $4,500) to non-traditional Ball State students. We know you share our passion about financially supporting students in achieving their educational goals.

We anticipate a shortfall in our account this year, partially due to the global pandemic. Our Spaghetti & Trivia Night Fundraiser for BSUWC Scholarships could not be held in November 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our scholarship fund needs $4,500 in order for us to award these scholarships for the next academic year. We ask each of our members to make a generous contribution to this account before December 31. The need is urgent.

We are thankful for your past support!

Please make your check payable to BSU Foundation #30067 with memo line Fund #30067-spendable. Send to BSU Foundation, 2800 W. Bethel Ave., Muncie, IN 47304.

Sincerely,

Your Scholarship Committee: Sue Bonneau, Kim Caristi, Marilyn Chalupa, Linda Johnson, Gloria Pavlik, Alice Thomas, and Sue Taylor
